Our award winning caterer Mazzone Hospitality masterfully created an event menu designed to keep you fully fueled for the road, while accommodating a wide array of dietary needs.

And thanks to the support of partners like Paul Smith’s CollegeADK Action and the local farming community, we source as much as possible from nearby farms.

We’re in the process of designing the 2018 menu now, but will post the complete menu here when it’s finished. Until then, let your taste buds imagination run wild.
