Our award winning caterer Mazzone Hospitality masterfully created an event menu designed to keep you fully fueled for the road, while accommodating a wide array of dietary needs.

And thanks to the support of partners like Paul Smith’s CollegeFarm On! Foundation and the local farming community, we source as much as possible from nearby farms, including farm-to-table dinners every single night.

Highlighting the week is a special Bitters & Bones farm-to-table taco bar on August 23 in Saranac Lake’s Riverside Park featuring live music from Alex Torres and His Latin Orchestra thanks to the good people at Music on the Green.
